This week, NCCT’s internship program was featured in a UW-Stevens Point, Point of U article about pathways to careers in land conservation! Current intern, Morgan Goff, and Fall 2023 intern, Nicole Tennies, were interviewed for the article and talked about their experiences. Since 2021, NCCT has been fortunate to work with four fantastic UW-Stevens Point conservation and community planning students: Molly, Lexi, Nicole, and Morgan. When Nicole graduated from UWSP in December 2023, her internship with NCCT helped lead her to her current job as development coordinator for the Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation in West Bend.
